A shop serving fermented Japanese set meals with no wheat, vegetable oil, dairy or sugar. It opened in Sumiyoshi, Hakata Ward in May 2026, ended service at the end of July, and has operated on Sundays only at the nukadoko (rice bran pickling bed) specialty shop "Senzoku" since August 30 (the location in Fukuoka, Takasago is from Instagram and the relocation notice in a review article; Senzoku's address, 2-9-5 Takasago, is from its official website). Check Instagram for hours and whether it is open on a given day. 100% domestic ingredients, no chemical seasonings, limited to 15 meals a day.
